About the event
In the United States, there are 15.8M individual professional practitioners in a variety of industries from technology, marketing, engineering, strategy and other professional services. As an individual professional practitioner or small practice owner, how do you stand out in a sea of sameness and get your target customers to notice you? Proactively building, managing and maintaining a personal leadership brand is one strategy for success.
Perri Richman will spend time with our group (a) helping us clarify our reasons for action; (b) working with us to develop unique value propositions; (c) roundtable and address questions about building a personal leadership brand.
Perri Richman is a transformational communications leader with more than 20 years of experience in consumer products, energy, financial services, industrial and manufacturing, real estate and sports industries. She is passionate about innovation and identifying new and breakthrough methodologies for delivering business results through communications.
She created an innovative “leader branding methodology” called Brand You that helps individuals hone their core value proposition, and align their behavior, decisions and communications to their brand promise. Perri has also used this with hundreds of small groups and individual clients including students, job seekers, early career talent, middle managers, non-profit leaders, C-level executives and retirees.
Over the past few years, Perri has paired her branding methodology with her passion for women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, small business and non-profit growth. She evolved the program to address the unique needs of gig economy professionals, entrepreneurs and innovators, non-profits and small business owners. Her clients include CEOs in real estate, executive and life coaching, training and development, design and creative services, insurance, event management, management consulting, community-based organizations, among others.
Perri takes a non-commercial, hands-on workshop style approach to her speaking engagements. She has run programs inside of companies for leadership teams and affinity groups, and has spoken at the National Association of Manufacturers Women’s Forum, the New York Public Library, Women in Insurance, Public Relations Society of America, and SCORE.
Perri earned a bachelor’s degree in journalism from New York University and a master’s degree in organizational psychology from the University of Hartford. She is a certified executive coach, change leadership professional, image consultant, reputation leader, and crisis manager.
